Located atop Ski Mountain, Blowing Rock, North Carolina, the Ski Mountain Acres community offers the best of Blowing Rock.

Conveniently located to many outside attractions such as Appalachian Ski Mountain, Appalachian State University, The Blue Ridge Parkway, The Blowing Rock, Grandfather Mountain and a plethora of others, our residents and guests enjoy a four-seasons approach to mountain living and relaxing.

Our community is comprised of year-round residents, second-home vacation residents and some properties that are on the short-term vacation rental program. Roads are well maintained during the winter months, as we are a stone’s throw from Appalachian Ski Mountain, though some properties may require 4-wheel drive to access during these months.
